| I just downloaded the trial version of Money 2004. After installing it recognized that Quicken was installed on my PC and would convert the files. It took about 15 minutes after which ALL of my accounts contained a $0.00 balance. I attempted to export just one of my accounts to a QIF file under Quicken and then import it under Money. Basicaly it told me that there were 1 or more "bad transactions" in the QIF file. I have been using Quicken since Quicken 3 (a long time, many many transactions). So I called Customer Support where I was told by a Ronnie or Bonnie that they wouldn't help unless I paid for the full install version. So, let's see. Microsoft Money just didn't work and there is no Microsoft Support, but I should buy it anyway. Really! |

| What version of Quicken are you trying to convert. Because Money and Quicken come out together, Money can't convert current year version. So Q2004 > M2004 is a NONO, but Q2003 > M2004 is OK. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money For UK tips & fixes see http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny.
