Adding a note to invoices

This is a discussion on Adding a note to invoices within the Microsoft Money forums in Microsoft Tools category; I am running Microsoft Money 2004 for my small business and would like to add a note to all of the invoices that I include with orders. The space is there but I have no idea how to do this. I would like the same note added to every invoice. Is this possible or is the additional note area for handwritten notes only? Thanks in advance....
