| I just started using Money HB 2008 and I have an investment account which is for my small business. When I try to specify which accounts are a business account this account is not in the list of available choices. Can anyone help me make this account show as a business account? Thanks -- Neil |

| Click the Business Tab and then the Products and Services sub tab, on the left pane under "other tasks" choose "Organize business accounts and categories" click the "Add Button" then "Account dropdown" you will then be faced with a screen to select which accounts you would like to maintain as Personal or Business. Hope this helps, Rick H. "Neil154ABCD@gmail.com remove ABCD" wrote: > I just started using Money HB 2008 and I have an investment account which is > for my small business. | FYI: Investment Accounts are not classified in the software as neither Personal or Business, a workaround is to create a "Business: cash account and associate it to your investment account for tracking transactions that are business related. | Thanks for the response. I had already classified other accounts as business the way you suggested but could not figure out how to classify the investment accounts as business. What you are saying is that they don't get classified. -- Neil "Rick H." <RickH@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news B896AE8-8CCC-43E9-8556-29AE57355CFB@microsoft.com...> FYI: Investment Accounts are not classified in the software as neither > Personal or Business, a workaround is to create a "Business: cash account > and > associate it to your investment account for tracking transactions that are > business related. > > Rick H. > "Rick H." wrote: > >> Click the Business Tab and then the Products and Services sub tab, on the >> left pane under "other tasks" choose "Organize business accounts and >> categories" click the "Add Button" then "Account dropdown" you will then >> be >> faced with a screen to select which accounts you would like to maintain >> as >> Personal or Business. >> >> Hope this helps, >> >> Rick H. >> >> "Neil154ABCD@gmail.com remove ABCD" wrote: >> >> > I just started using Money HB 2008 and I have an investment account >> > which is >> > for my small business.
