Downloaded transaction not seen in the register

I know I've seen a fix somewhere, but I simply can't find anything. I'm
using Money 2006 and download transactions just fine. But they don't show up
in the register. Can someone please help me out?

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles or
Tools->InternetOptions->Delete->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair again.

Then go to Tools->Settings->OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again.

Also, make sure you're viewing all dates - sometimes it grabs an old
transaction that you missed and you may only be viewing the last three months
or something...
