| Money 2006 is now saying that Chase has changed their Online banking access through Money. I now have to login to the Chase web site and "enable" my accounts to work with Money 2006. I cannot find any place on the Chase web site (I have two login accounts there) where I can do this. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Thanks. Aloke |

| Unless something has changed, Chase wants to charge you $9.95/mo to download your transaction data, so they will probably want you to "accept" their terms for the download (ie agree to pay). I ran into this problem last year. You're probably better off manually downloading the transactions. I no longer use Chase, so I'm not sure where you enable this on the website, but your best bet is probably to call them and if you do make sure you ask how much the fee will be. | They made this change almost a year ago in NY. Call them at 1-877-CHASEPC to have them walk you through it. A do find out about the charge. It is 9.95 unless you are grandfathered in to your old free rate. -- Peace, BobJ "Kyle" <Kyle@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:42A10A11-C61D-4946-9647-E9A1588B0C24@microsoft.com... > Unless something has changed, Chase wants to charge you $9.95/mo to > download > your transaction data, so they will probably want you to "accept" their > terms > for the download (ie agree to pay). | I ran into this a couple of months ago. I was able to log in on the Chase website, then click on the tab Customer Center. There is a Reference section on that page that has "Activate Money/Quicken" as a choice. I have not been charged anything, and the downloads occur automatically every day. -- Joaneee "Aloke Prasad" wrote: > Money 2006 is now saying that Chase has changed their Online banking access > through Money. | I had to do this today and that seems to have fixed the problem. I'll keep an eye out for any charges (and scream bloody murder if they add it.. I never had to accept this condition when I re-enabled Quicken/Money access). | I guess it could have been because i used to have a Chase bank account as well? Kinda hard for them to collect a fee when it hits your credit card and you just refuse to pay it vs. taking it out of your checking account automatically...who knows!
