Deciphiring an Outlook Express 6 DBX file

This is a discussion on Deciphiring an Outlook Express 6 DBX file within the modula forums in Programming Languages category; I want to write a utility for a OE6 DBX-file. I want to get a folders filename from the FOLDERS.DBX-file. I have the OE_DBX structure but its for CPP. And I don't know CPP. This is what I do: 1. Read the DBXheader. 2. Read the Root node of the OE DBX tree from the pointer I read from the pointer in the OE DBX header. (I assume ths pointer points to a OE DBX tree). But I'm not sure which structure to use to read the data in.) Can anyone help, please? I will give you a free utility ...

Default Deciphiring an Outlook Express 6 DBX file

I want to write a utility for a OE6 DBX-file. I want to get a folders
filename from the FOLDERS.DBX-file.
I have the OE_DBX structure but its for CPP. And I don't know CPP.
This is what I do:
1. Read the DBXheader.
2. Read the Root node of the OE DBX tree from the pointer I read from the
pointer in the OE DBX header.
(I assume ths pointer points to a OE DBX tree). But I'm not sure which
structure to use to read the data in.)

Can anyone help, please? I will give you a free utility after I'm finished.
