XDS-Modula for OS/2

This is a discussion on XDS-Modula for OS/2 within the modula forums in Programming Languages category; Hi all, XDS-Modula-2 is freeware since 1995 or so. On the homepage excelsior.com you will find only versions for Windows and Linux, but not for OS/2. I have two trial-versions for OS/2 on my PC: 2.31 and 2.40, the freeware version for Windows/Linux is 2.51. Does anybody know a link for an unrestricted OS/2-version of XDS-Modula-2? In the past I have used TopSpeed 3.10, but I am now at a point where I need a 32-bit compiler. MfG / Regards Peter Engels -- This OS/2 system uptime is 00 hours, 31 minutes and 29 seconds. Default XDS-Modula for OS/2

Hi all,

XDS-Modula-2 is freeware since 1995 or so. On the homepage
excelsior.com you will find only versions for Windows and Linux, but
not for OS/2. I have two trial-versions for OS/2 on my PC: 2.31 and
2.40, the freeware version for Windows/Linux is 2.51. Does anybody know
a link for an unrestricted OS/2-version of XDS-Modula-2?

In the past I have used TopSpeed 3.10, but I am now at a point where I
need a 32-bit compiler.

MfG / Regards

Would you consider using gpm running under OS/2 via emx? It is still
available at ftp.psg.com under emx in the directory pub/modula-2/gpm/gpm/.
