You will need to upgrade to Cache' to get access to the JDBC
linkage. There are some tools that will create a "CDL" (Class Description
Language) file based on an existing global. This can be used as a starting
point. Try the intersystems.public.cache newsgroup at news.intersystems.com
or you could search the archive at http://www.xiscsp.co.uk/ngp/.
