Default Problem with sorting via folder-hook

Hello group,

I have a strange problem sorting the entries in my
mailboxes. The setting is simple: I want all
entries to be sorted by reverse threads with the
exception of the folder =bach, which ist supposed
to be sorted simply by threads.

The respective entry in my .muttrc reads:

folder-hook =bach set sort=threads
folder-hook . set sort=reverse-threads

Strangely, this behaviour sometimes works and
sometimes doesn't. Sometimes the =bach group is
sorted by reverse threads and sometimes other
groups by simple threads.
And I have by now not been able
to see any pattern in this!

Does anybody have a hunch what could cause this behaviour?

Thanks,

David Feest
