saving multiple attachments

This is a discussion on saving multiple attachments within the Mutt forums in Other Technologies category; Hello, I am having trouble saving multiple attachments in a single instance. For example, I will get an email containing five attachments, I tag them all using 't', and I try to save them with 's'. This will want to save only the file I have currently highlighted. I have looked all over and I can't find anything that addresses this issue. Am I missing something completely obvious? Thanks, Alex p.s. I use 1.4.2....

Default saving multiple attachments

Hello,

I am having trouble saving multiple attachments in a single instance.
For example, I will get an email containing five attachments, I tag
them all using 't', and I try to save them with 's'. This will want
to save only the file I have currently highlighted. I have looked all
over and I can't find anything that addresses this issue. Am I
missing something completely obvious?

Thanks,
Alex

p.s. I use 1.4.2.

Usually when you have tagged multiple messages and want to do
something to them collectively you use the ";" key (at least
that's the default, I think) to initiate the collective action.
Have you tried that with your tagged attachments?
