Default problem with s command

Hi,

when I save an attachment I find a file with the following rights on my
disc:

-rw-------

saving a file from vim or just a touch produces:

-rw-r--r--

How can I change mutt's behavior accordingly. My umask is 022.
Probalby the solution is not mutt specific, but perhaps somebody from
this list could give me hand. Is further information needed?

Thanks in adcance
