| Hello, When viewing a message, I want to see the date-string in the header by default. Is this possible? |

Is this possible? > Yes.. add the something like the following to your ~/.muttrc file: ================================================== ================= ignore * # this means "ignore all lines by default" # I do want to see these field unignore from: subject to cc mail-followup-to \ date x-mailer x-url # To choose in what order you want to see the header: unhdr_order * # forget the previous settings hdr_order date from subject to cc ================================================== ================= And you can add or remove whatever you want in the unignore setting.. -- Martin |
