Hi Luis,

Just at a first glance I noticed two things;

1) Your site takes a LONG time to load even over a T1 line. This has to
do with two things: you have a lot of large images on your page
(particularly your background and the big logo) and you have the
tickertape applet on the site. Though java is pretty neat, it is slow
and takes a long time to load.

2) Your server is not currently configured with the proper MIME type for
..js files. The rollover feature for the navbars utilizes a .js file to
implement the rollover functions. Older browsers do not recognize this
file type and will not perform the rollovers unless your server has the
..js file configured to the following MIME type:

application/x-javascript

Overall the design is very clean and easy to read. :-) Good job!
