Put code in TAG FORM

Hi,

I use PHP code with NOF 9.0 and work better, my problem is when I try to use
a java funtion for validate a field, the NOF has a great solution for
validate a fields but when you don't use a form field I don't found how i
can put code inside the tag <form> let me show my problem:

Whe you set a layout region in a form NOF do that <form name="consultamonto"
action="monto.php" method="POST">

Now i need put inside the tag onSubmit="return Valida(this)"

The tag is now <form name="consultamonto" action="monto.php" method="POST"
onSubmit="return Valida(this) >

I modify out the NOF the public page and put the onsumbit in the tag and
WORK!!!!

Please if you know how i can modify the inside of the tag from NOF let me
know!!!
