| The url is www.wedigearth.com. my banner should be completely at the top and left, but it is down and to the right by several pixels. I migrated this site from v.9 to v.10, and this hadn't happened with v.9. Any suggestions about why my banner is off of it's assigned location? Thanks |

| maybe try this - go to Style, then CSS Code, then add this to the Body tag: style="margin: 0px;" Mark boogieted wrote: > The url is www.wedigearth.com. my banner should be completely at the top > and left, but it is down and to the right by several pixels. | look on the toolbar for the Style button, or hit CTRL+4. you'll see a tab labeled "CSS Code". click on that tab. you'll see a line that has the word "BODY" followed by an opening bracket "{", some content, then a closing bracket "}". add this just before the closing bracket: type a semi-colon, a space, then this: style="margin: 0px;" example: BODY { *some content*; style="margin: 0px;"} |

| when you first go to the Styles window look at the "Style Properties" palette which appears on the right of the screen. there's a checkbox there labeled "Read only". uncheck it so you can edit the properties. |

That box is unchecked. I've had this problem before. Sometimes I can get to the properties via the Selectors tab but not the Graphic tab. In this case, on both tabs, I can get to some properties, but the Margins tab is grayed out. In addition, the Paragraph tab is not displayed when you access the Body tag via Text| Manage styles. | Allison, If I remember, something similar to what you're describing happened to me. I believe I remedied it by: 1) duplicating the current SiteStyle, 2) setting the new duplicate as the Site, 3) deleting all other SiteStyles under Active SiteStyles, 4) shutting down NOF, and restarting it. Sorry if this is a no-go, and hopefully someone can offer a solution. Thanks, Mark. When I tried that on my site in NOF 10, the style and the site got corrupted. I don't have time to risk that right now, but I'll certainly try it the next time I make some major updates. Also, in NOF 10, I found that the ability to access the various formatting tabs in Style view changed from time to time for no apparent reason. I could get in some times and not others. So far, in NOF 11, it's been no-go from Style view for the Body tag. Allison |
