Style for linked text vs breadcrumb navbar

Hi

How do I arrange it so that the font size for linked text, as specified in
the site style, is diffferent from the text in a breadcrumb navbar?

I need linked text to be the same as whatever paragraph it's in, and i need
the breadcrumb navbar text to be smaller.
