Layout region problem

Hi,

I've an image in a layout region background that disappears when I hit page
preview or publish. What comes up is the background color with the text and
graphics remaining. It actually flashes for a moment then disappears... why
might that be?

Um, let me try this again. Perhaps some clarification might help.

Layout region with background image is placed in Layout or Masterborder. No
background selected. Or transparent background selected ... it doesn't
matter. It appears fine in page design, but once Preview or Publish is
performed the image disappears. It just goes white. I've reviewed and
eliminated anything that I can see might cause a conflict - backgrounds,
css, any other formatting.

I'm not finding why the layout regions won't show. Thank you.

Posting a URL to your page would be better.

"No Background" and "Transparent Background" are the same as no background.
