changed computers

Hi everybody,

Sending this from my old computer (which is now my daughter's). Can someone
advise me how I set up to receive messages on my new computer. I really
can't remember how I did it. Don't use newsgroups very often. Do I go to NOF
site and join the forum again. I'm sure I could find out after trawling
around but if there is a quick way, would be really appreciated.
