Plans for new design templates

Like so many out there, I will sometimes use an existing template as the
basis for a new site design. Does NOF have any plans to release any new
templates. The exiting templates have been around for a few years and are a
bit dull.

Any recommendations for other resources? I would really like to find a few
with that Urban look, ie. faded or washed out graphics, etc.

You mean the Grunge look. You can do it yourself in Photoshop, PaintShop
Pro or some other graphics application. There are tons of tutorials on the
web:
