Hi All,

Knowledgeable and experienced software engineer with 25+ years of
hands-on experience in multiple forms of technology transfer. Deep
experience in systems and application development, project management
in a wide variety of business domains. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Excels at presenting technical materials and
concepts to all levels within an organization.

Designed, developed, and delivered courseware on over 100 different
technical topics. ("Courseware" typically includes: a statement of the
measurable student objectives, copies of the overheads presented to
the students, a relevant glossary and bibliography, copies of all
student laboratory exercises, copies of the pre-tests and the post-
tests (if applicable), copies of the instructor's notes, the course
syllabus, and a course evaluation form. In the event of a "train the
trainers" program, courseware may also include material relevant to
trainers.)

Designed and delivered several different computer-based training (CBT)
applications, including a multimedia application for Nippon Telephone
and Telegraph, used to train NT&T engineers in object-oriented design.
Created computer aided instruction (CAI) applications, and used
courseware-authoring tools. Has trained over 25,000 people worldwide
in various aspects of software engineering technology

Able to work effectively independently, as a leader, or in other
roles, of a team. Strong "do whatever it takes" attitude.
