Default Windows Vista - my c/odbc connection has disapeard from system-dsn

In March 2007 i made a c/odbc connection from a standard driver in my:
control panel/administrative tools/datasource (ODBC)/system-dsn
I recals that det name of the driver was only C/ODBC and I made a connctions
to my Navision naitive database. I use Excel 2007 to import data via
Microsoft Query an everything was working great.

2 months later i am trying to update this Excel 2007 spreadsheet but my
computer tells me that my connection is missing.

When a look at my system-dsn connections the c/odbc driver is missing. And i
cannot longer make a new one because i dont have that option.

I am running Vista Ultimate.

Someone please help me!

Most probably you miss the drver itself. Somehow it got overwritten or
deleted by other shared driver dlls or a new version.
you need to install the driver for Navision naitive database again and you
will have to create the dsn again!
