Line in hierarch.pm persists

  1. Default Line in hierarch.pm persists

I have a folder without a name that won't go away. I followed the
instructions for removing a line from hierarch.pm [quoted at bottom]
without much luck. The offending line is:

    0,0,"","73987659:My mailbox",""

I close Pegasus 4.41, open hierarch.pm, and delete the line. When I
open Pegasus the folder is still their and the line is recreated in the
    file.

What lead to all of this was a crash of pegasus that whiped out my
copies folder. I have no idea what caused it. Here is the entire
    hierarch.pm file:

What makes you think this line is "offending"?

That represents the top folder level. It's necessary. Everyone has one.

I thought you said you had 100 folders? Accoring to this, you only have
about 9, and no folders within trays.

I think you should just rename or delete the HIERARCH.PM file and be
    done with it.

    Thought that was the problem.

You're confusing my post with the one that I quoted.

    Yes, that did it.

Good! I think sometimes it's best to just squash the problem with a big
mallet and move on to something else. There will be plenty more
    learning opportunities later.
