As so often the case Vista never finds anything or calls back. Restarting Pegasus will work but wonder is anyone else experiencing this and if so is there a work around. TIA cliffp |

It's probably connected to processing formatted (HTML) messages, you will have to wait for the upcoming version 4.5 for a possible solution - unless you want to give BearHtml 4.6.3 (beta version!) a chance: <http://www3.telus.net/public/irelam/Bear463.zip> Be advised that for image downloads to work properly you will have to set Tools | Options | Advanced settings => "Load ... WSOCK32.DLL" to "Always" which will also change Pegasus Mail's dial-up handling ... Michael -- PGP Key ID (RSA 2048): 0xC45D831B PGP Plugin for Pegasus Mail: <http://www.pmpgp.de/pmpgp/> |

Some Vista problems aren't obviously related to the program causing the problem, they're hardware. Start by going to the manufacturer's site, download and install the latest drivers for your video card, then if the problem continues, boot on the Vista CD and select "memtest" to look for a flaky memory chip. See if that helps... -- XS11E, Killing all posts from Google Groups The Usenet Improvement Project: http://improve-usenet.org |
