Mails disappear

  1. Default Mails disappear

    Hallo,

when we receive mails and want to open the new mails, they are disappeared
in the In-Box. When we search for the mails, they will be found but they
are not visible in the In-Box. Do somebody know how to fix this?

    Used Version: v4.41

    Thanks a lot

    Frank

How many mails do you keep in your "new" mail folder? There's a limit when
it doesn't update automatically anymore because would take to long (I don't
    remember the actual count).

1 - Check the Junk Mail folder
2 - New mail folder will only refresh for the first 750 items stop
    after that
3 - what antivirus software? Could it be deleting the file
4 - check for .cnm files in your mailstore directory (.cnm is new
    mail)
