Pegasus and Qwest

  1. Default Pegasus and Qwest

I have been trying over and mover again to access my email at a Qwest
account (finally got broadband). When we signed up, they explicitly
said they supported Pegasus. Well, they lied, and at the end, I was
told that no, they indeed did not support Pegasus. I then tried to get
into my gmail account. That didn/'t work. Then tried IMAP, but this
    does not work.

    Aggh.

Do you, maybe, have some details instead of "... all f...ed up ..." ??? Did
you search the newsgroup for similar problems (e.g. via
    <http://groups.google.com/group/comp.mail.pegasus-mail.ms-windows>)?
