| This is a sort of companion to the other post I just sent: news:f2lj94dp9od129uoola4hu2fa8su6aagul@4ax.com I have a properly configured pine, which uses maildir. At the same time, I have the postponed-msgs mailbox file of another pine at another account, which is offline currently. I have a whole bunch of half written mails in that file, which I need to complete with some urgency, and thus I would like to "import" it under the working pine to terminate the work there: how can I easily do that? Are there any issues with the from: field being obviously different? Michele -- Liberta' va cercando, ch'e' si' cara, Come sa chi per lei vita rifiuta. [Dante Alighieri, Purg. I cannot see why the from field would cause any problems except that they might get rewritten, but try it. |

But it doesn't work. It is plainly not seen. I have pine configured to use maildir there. I suppose I must go into the setup and do some trick there. I suppose I can open a folder in the standard mailbox format and then save the messages in the "real" postponed-msgs folder. ISTR that there's a command to do so on the fly, without changing the configuration. But I'm not really sure, and a cursory glance at the commands listed at the bottom of the window didn't shed any light. I feel so "n00b..."
