From pine to alpine (linux)

This is a discussion on From pine to alpine (linux) within the Pine forums in Other Technologies category; Hi, I wasn't able to figure out what is the state of alpine right now. Is v 1.10 stable? The info that accompanies the debian package says it's in alpha. But I could not find any statement in the alpine official website. Can I install it and assume it will work more-or-less fine just like my 4.6{2,4} pine? Thanks, Itay...

Default From pine to alpine (linux)

Hi,

I wasn't able to figure out what is the state of alpine right now.
Is v 1.10 stable?

The info that accompanies the debian package says it's in alpha.
But I could not find any statement in the alpine official website.

Can I install it and assume it will work more-or-less fine just like
my 4.6{2,4} pine?

Thanks,
Itay
