Rexx/SQLl and Excel

This is a discussion on Rexx/SQLl and Excel within the REXX forums in Programming Languages category; I have been using Rexx/SQL on both OS/2 and Windows platforms, but only today did I see in the documentation amongst the FAQ's that "You can even manipulate Excel spreadsheets with Rexx/SQL", but nothing else. What else is required, and does anybody perhaps have an example or two for me? Thanks -- Chris Theron Hermanus, South Africa...

Possibly the original idea was to use an Excel ODBC driver with the RexxSQL for ODBC?

That is my best guess of what that might mean.
