Default Implementation of REXX's PARSE as DLL or COM DLL?

G'day everyone

I'd like to use REXX's PARSE functionality in my own project but it's
not written in REXX. Is there any way of getting access to the PARSE
functionality via a DLL or COM DLL?

Kind regards,
Bruce.
