Is there an equivalent of Postfix's always_bcc?

Postfix has a configuration parameter called 'always_bcc' which
specifies an optional address that receives a "blind carbon copy" of
each message that is received by the Postfix mail system.

Is there a similar option in Sendmail?
If not, how can a similar behavior be configured?

Sample milter provided (as source code) in sendmail distribution
provides such functionality.
