trying to figure out a cert issueThis is a discussion on trying to figure out a cert issue within the SendMail forums in Other Technologies category; I have a cert which I purchased from GoDaddy a while back and installed it fine for Apache and etc. In sendmail however I've always had a nagging problem. How do I get sendmail to send the intermediate certificate along with my server certificate? I tried using the form others have, appending the gd_intermediate.crt to my server.crt file but that doesn't improve anything. A client sendmail is unable to pick out the intermediate cert. openssl -client ... reflects that the intermediate cert isn't getting sent regardless of the order I concatenate them in.
