keep copy of mail

Hi Dear all

My one of friend working on some Important project now what is
picture his office DNS @abc.com located in U.K mail.abc.com also
located in U.K (act as sendmail and imap) where my friends is in india
and have email id dipak@abc.com user created on U.K imap server when
he want to send & receive he set up live ip address of mail server in
outlook and he was able to send and receive currently all this working
fine

now he wants to setup local sendmail and imap server in india when any
from internet send mail to dipak@abc.com so mail goes to U.K imap
server U.K server keep copy of mail over there in U.K and send 1 copy
here so then after my friend download his mail from local mail server


can you help me what i want to do changes on my U.K server and what i
want to do changes in india local server
