PDA/Mobile View for Discussion board on MOSS 2007

  1. Default PDA/Mobile View for Discussion board on MOSS 2007

    Hi,

I've setup Wiki's with a custom view that works as a mobile view
however I can't seem to do the same with a "Discussion Board". Just
wondering if this is a limitation of Sharepoint 2007 or is there
custom development I need to do?

    Thanks

    Michael

I believe every list has a mobile view. You can view the URL at the bottom
    of the Create View page.

Yeah... Strangely it seems to be there for every other List type
except for a Discussion board. Perhaps that is because a discussion
board is a list within a list (threads within the board).

Anyone got a work around? I might try implementing my own Discussion
board list type and see how that goes if I get stuck...

    Cheers

    Michael
