In SharePoint 2003, we wrote a custom site definition based on the STS team
site to add some custom navigation.
In MOSS 2007, we don't need this custom navigation anymore, since the base
STS team site already has navigation
built in.

What is the best way to upgrade a custom site definition (had a custom ID in
2003) to a the standard STS team site id in 2007?
