    Rob M,

I'm having the same problem. My support case number is SRX071018600388.

Do you have your support case number? Perhaps this will help support

MSFT support said to uninstall KB928365. You'll find this in the Add/Remove
programs with "Show updates" checked off. It's one of the .NET Framework
    updates.

So far so good, no HTTP 403 errors in three days.

Make sure that you do the uninstall when people are off the system...you'll

  8. Default Re: Users receive intermittent forbidden errors - Event ID 1314

After I uninstalled KB928365 the first time, it reinstalled due to our
corporate Windows Update settings. I had our Operations disable automatic
updates for the server so it won't reinstalled. Perhaps you're experiencing
    the same problem.

I haven't seen any of the errors related to this post since. I have other
    errors, but not this one.

Thanks Eric for the reply but I have confirmed that the update is not
reinstalled. What other errors are you experienceing?

  10. Default Re: Users receive intermittent forbidden errors - Event ID 1314

The other errors that I have are

    1) non-admin site owners are getting "access denied" when they try to create
a page while the publishing site feature is on
    2) ForeFront for SharePoint is not updating

I have support calls into Microsoft on both of them.
