we've got a single-server installation of WSS 3.0, with about 10 sub-sites
under Home. I was administering the site with Full Control as well as
SUperuser rights at the domail level. These rights were removed recently, as
I've passed on admin to a colleague. While I have got only contribute rights
to my team site and restriced rights on certain other sites, just like other
users, I still get to have the full rights of an administrator. The more
puzzling matter is that the new Admin does not get the same rights as me
though she has been made a site collection admin as well as assigned FUll
Control on the main site and sub-sites.

what could be wrong?
