    Take a look at IEEE Std. 1028 for descriptions of these and
    walkthroughs, management reviews and technical reviews.

    this is Sreedhar,the difference between audit and inspection is:
    Audit:It is observe how the testing is done.
    Inspection:It is a small met that is conduted by the test lead to check
    about how the testing is going on.

    An audit is checking to see if you are following a process

    An inspection is a peer review of a document, code, etc.

    An inspection is when your computer becomes infected by a virus
    contained within a Service Pack: infection + SP -> inSPection

    An auditt is a two seater sports car made by the Volkswagen-Audi Group.
    - "Vorsprung Durch Komputer Getesting", or something like that......
