I have a website which has several links in its inner pages. Is there
a tool that can go in and check if all of those links work (and are

Your help is much appreciated

Search for a category of tools called link verifiers.

The eValid web application testing suite can do this in a unique way,
entirely from the perspective of the browser:
* A functional test can invoke a "dynamic link check" command that
attempts to visit every link on the page as actually delivered,
reporting errors to you if something is broken.
* The built-in spidering function can visit every link on a page
(and the children, and grandchildren, etc), and report on
problems it finds when filtering the outputs on each page visited.
You can download your evaluation copy of eValid V7 from:
http://www.e-Valid.com/Products/Down...ml?status=FORM
Full details about the eValid web ****ysis and testing suite can be
found at:

Along the same lines as others I'd say Google html link checker and if
you want to look for free ones use this syntax:
free+html+link+checker or free+html+link+validator
If its an existing website you can also use the one from the w3.org
http://validator.w3.org/checklink.
>From that site you can also download the code and set it up for
internal use. Personally I've used either Xenu or an addon to FireFox.
