Default CETK: GDI Test Suite + Multimon

The Graphics Device Interface Test Suite (gdiapi.dll) has several known
failures when executed on a Multimon supported display driver.

Known Test Failures:

1. StretchBlt, test case 218: failures are observed when executing the
BILINEAR test cases. These failures are safe to ignore.

2. Text test cases, 1100,1101,1400,1401: failures are observed during these
test cases due to a mismatch when filling the background for text when an
escapement value is used. These failures are safe to ignore.

Common Failures and Solutions:

1. GradientFill, test case 222: since the Multimon display driver does not
support GradientFill, if this method is exposed by your display driver
failures will be hit when executing this test case. Recommended solution:
disable GradientFill support from your display driver.
