Default DShow Playback and Latency Tests Environment Setup

Hi gurus:
I'm now trying to pass this test case - DShow Playback and Latency
Tests in my device,
and I've modified the 'cetk_playback_tests.xml', and placed the media
files (01.wmv, 02.wmv)
in both [C:\Inetpub\wwwroot] and [C:\wmpub\WMRoot].
However I still have 12 passed and 3 failed in this case. And all the
items failed in this test case are
all about [Graph building], and the error messages are listed below:
------------------------------------------------
399@C:\yzqa\private\test\Multimedia\DirectX\dshow\ Playback\Tests
\GraphTest\.\GraphBuild.cpp - failed to render supported media
http://192.168.68.100:18080/02.wmv (0xc00d0006)
-----------------------------------------------

So could anybody tell me: How to setup the WMS_HTTP resources? and
what is it?

P.S: 1. I'm using Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition
2. I've enabled both IIS&WMS, and the media files have been
copied
into both [C:\Inetpub\wwwroot] and [C:\wmpub\WMRoot]
