CE.NET Emulator - Software-Testing

I don't think that you want to do that. There's a lot of overhead in
emulating another operating system in a window and the emulator doesn't
actually operate exactly like a real device would (and can't access all
peripherals on the real machine). Since the application is written for
Win32, recompiling to target XP shouldn't be that big a deal. I don't think
that MS licenses the emulator for this purpose...
