How about:

"IrDA application programming interface"

in the C++ SDK docs?

Thanks John, I've not looked in the C++ docs, but does it cover the IRDA
protocol so far as to enable someone to build a matching IR interface and
write software to drive it ?

Clearly I have no idea what I'm talking about but I'm asking on behalf of
someone else.

I felt that I could take a stab at writing IROBEX on the old SDK, but
symbian beat me to it with the new relerase of EPOC. I also read the
docs available at (I think) www.irda.org

Building 'mtaching' hardware is clearly a case of following the IRDA
spec, and matching SW on this hardware is ditto. Someone doing this
should probably look at www.irda.org...
