I would like to detect if the remote device is a: N95, E60, E70 etc..=20 I know S60 have a product ID which can be extracted from local Symbian appl= ications. | Re: Device identification via Bluetooth .. ? Hi, You can not do this due to security issues. The specification for this prot= ocol specifically states this has to be pairing involved to stop potential = hackers accessing your phone without you knowing about it. Regards Khalid Symbian Ltd |
