Updated List of global APNs?

Our company produces a software appliance which optimizes IPbased data traf=
fic from mobile data devices, irrespective of MNO, device and platform. We =
would like to be able to link to a global list of APNs. So far we have not =
been able to find any repository containing all (or as many as possible) gl=
obal APNs, which is regularly and dependably updated. Does anyone know whet=
her such a list exists, free or as paid service?=20

I haven't heard of anyone tracking/listing APNs used by network operators.

In any case, could you explain how such a listing would help you "optimize =
IP based data traffic", and what exactly do you mean with optimized IP base=
d data traffic in the first place?

'optimizing IP based data traffic' in different dimensions (speed, stabilit=
y, routing). Especially for the routing aspect it would be interesting to h=
ave an up to date repository of APNs, so that data traffic can be routed th=
rough the 'best available' (again in different dimensions) network.
