I know such a response to my PS is almost standard. I think you give such a response automatically, because (automatically I assume) you don't recognize me and of course don't live around me. Now let investigate my situation. Suppose you are in home and feel a strong heat seems to coming from a wall where there is no stone. What do you think? There are two alternatives: either you imagine this or it is real. Then you can behave in various ways. If you think it is an imagine, then either apply to a psiciatrist or worry about your situation but don't do anything. If you think it is real, then you may tell this to others or try to discover the origin of it or take any other action. However, a real scientist behave differently in such a situation: before deciding whether it is real or imagine, (s)he will try to prove whether this is a real affect! One way of doing this is to use a thermometer. If the thermometer shows different values among the places near the wall and far from the wall, then you can trust that it is a real affect. Of course, there is a probability there actually there is no difference but you imagine such a difference! I.e. because you are a real psychotic, you read the numbers different although they are the same. However, usually people trust their eyes and beleive that they read the numbers correctly. I am one of these people. After doing such an experiment, and see the numbers different, then you may think how such heat comes from the wall. If you know something about electromagnetism, then you can set up an hypothesis that this is a microwave beam directed(may be accidently) to the place where you are sitting. Again one way of proving this hypothesis is to place some sheets made with various materials between you and the wall . Assume you use a sheet of paper and discover that the feeling of heat is the same. Then use a sheet of aliminium and discover that the feeling of heat reduced. A better way is to use a thermometer and discover that behind the sheet of aliminium , the temperature drops. After doing all of things, you may again can reach two conclusion: either you imagine all of these things or it is real depends on your ideology. I know idealizm is one of the ideology which argues that everything around is created by our mind. I am not an idealist. Let there are may be hundreds of events similar to this and each one of this can be measured, seen or dedected by some devices and even you can see some people while doing something which seems to the source of these affects. I must note here that the very high technology I had mentioned is not the microwave technology, but related to the biology. Then what will you decide? you may decide that they are true or I am lying or I am a psyhotic or doubt about your decision. From your response, I deduce you are not a scientific minded person, because you had decided immediately that I suffer from clinic paranoid psychosis without knowing anything about me and how I live. I advise you to not decide anything before know something about it. Lokman Kolukisa |

I advise > you to not decide anything before know something about it. That's good advice in any case. I don't think I really made a judgement of you, I just said that it sounded like me at one point in my life. As you say, I can't really tell for sure from a distance and not knowing anything about you or your circumstances. If you are under an attack that is debilitating your intellectual faculties, it might be well to consult a neurologist for treatment of your injuries. There is always the possibility of a somatic disorder, whether from an attack, or in addition to and independent from an attack. I am not in a position to offer you medical attention or police protection, but I wish you well. Good luck. Feel free to email me if you like. -- hz |
