Hello,

In the last times, Mediamachines, the business that developed Flux
Studio has changed its name to Vivaty. Seems that the virtual worlds
server that they were developing has been adapted to make the Vivaty
server.

You can download Studio and Player from here:
http://www.mediamachines.com/developer.php

And the wiki is still active:
http://wiki.mediamachines.com/index....udio_Tutorials

I published this in my site days ago. I had to search for it, it's a
bit hidden, so download it before they remove it.

shame, sort of, not a lot has been happening over there for quite a
while, i guess they were working on this facebook add-on thing,
althought it is apparently x3d standards based,

but the machine requirements for the browser seem very high, ( 1MB
main mem minimum, 2MB recommended.) maybe they have a lot of detailed
geometry that is always being loaded, or it comes with a world
development environment. i won't be able to run it, so only guessing
until someone else comments.

You can download the Vivaty Player (formerly the Flux Player) at
http://www.vivaty.com/downloads/player/ I don't know if the build
number for the Vivaty Player is any higher than what is available the
current version of Flux Player.

According to Keith there are improvements in Vivaty Player over the
previous Flux Player. Supposedly better ecma script support and more
stable, I'm still getting crashes on my content though.

Whatever is planned to replace Flux Studio is being worked on, unknown
release date.
