Can We increase the message size in Queue more then 100MB in MQ5.3 or MQ6.0

No. Not in MQ 7.0 either.

No, but you can put larger messages using the Segmentation feature of MQ. See the MQ application programming guide for information.

Why do you need such large messages? There may be alternative approaches which are more sociable for MQ.
