2 Xboxs - 1 game license TECH CALL
Ok, the issue at hand is; we own 2 Xbox 360 consoles, but only have
the licenses for downloaded games on one console. I called support
earlier tonight and asked if there was a way to buy a second liscense
for the second console to play the games and was told no. I asked
about only transfering some of the liscense to the second conole,
since it is a game room (rock band 1 & 2) and was told no, all or
none. I was told that I was the first person who ever had this
problem. I find this quite hard to beleive. I was told that if I
want access to the games on the second console, I can connect to live,
but guess what, that's an extra $100 dollars for a wireless adapter or
even more to have a cable run to that room. More than one person in
my house is playing on either console at any given time. A suggestion
would be to offer people the option to download a second liscense from
the download history when re-downloading their games to their second
console. Not having a solution for loyal Microsoft customers, who
spend their hard earned money in this economy, is as unacceptable as
it gets.
