EOLs in CVS files have extra CR in EOL

Default EOLs in CVS files have extra CR in EOL

Hi All,

I'm seeing the EOLs in all the CVS downloads as CRCRLF in windows. For
example the first 16-bytes of latest file update: txtline.c

00000000: 2F 2A 0D 0D-0A 20 2A 20-24 49 64 3A-20 74 78 74 /*??? * $Id: txt

Is this a CVS problem or xHarbour?
